Project summary:

Capitol West is a vibrant and singular development in the middle of a blossoming urban center in downtown Madison. The buildings are massed and designed to maximize nature light, views, and sight lines, all while remaining in harmony with the surrounding neighborhood and each other.

The Broom Street Lofts, designed by our company, invigorate a previously vacant area of space between an existing office and parking garage on Boom Street. Situated at the corners of West Washington Avenue and Broom Street, the Broom Street Lofts offer modern, loft-style living in the Capitol West urban neighborhood. The building is designed to absorb both the energy of the surrounding neighborhood while emanating its own. Expansive windows and fireplaces bring warmth and light into the homes while private terraces give homeowners access to the outdoors. Infused with creative floor plans and high ceilings, the Broom Street Lofts compliment the Capitol West aesthetic with a clean, contemporary style.
